Prattl Terms and Conditions

By using the Prattl service, including our Chrome extension, website, and related services (collectively the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Service.

Definitions

  • "Prattl", "we", "us", "our": Refers to the company providing the Service.
  • "You", "your", "user": Refers to you, the individual or entity using the Service.
  • "Content": Includes text, links, images, and other information generated by Prattl or submitted by you within the Service.

Age Restriction

The Service is intended for users aged 18 or older. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

License to Use the Service

We grant you a non-exclusive, limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for these purposes:

  • AI-Generated Content: To generate LinkedIn comments and collaborative article contributions using our external AI service.
  • Data Storage: To store essential data for the functionality of the Service, such as your API key, references to recent LinkedIn interactions, and settings.

User Obligations

  • Account Information: You are responsible for the accuracy and security of your account information (email, password, if applicable).
  • Lawful Use: You will use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • No Misrepresentation: You will not use the Service to misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

Intellectual Property

  • Our Content: The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Prattl and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use them without our written permission.
  • Your Content: You retain ownership of any Content you submit to the Service. However, you grant us a license to store, process, and potentially display (as necessary for Service functionality) this Content.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS". WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY CONTENT OR SERVICE.

Subscription cancellations

You may cancel Your Subscription renewal either through Your Account settings page or by contacting the Company. You will not receive a refund for the fees You already paid for Your current Subscription period and You will be able to access the Service until the end of Your current Subscription period.

Early Cancellation. You may choose to cancel your subscription early at your convenience provided that, we will not provide any refunds of prepaid fees or unused Subscription Fees, and you will promptly pay all unpaid fees due through the end of the Subscription Term.

Refunds

We offer refunds for subscriptions within thirty (30) days of the original subscription purchase. To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected].

Performance-Based Refund Policy

Prattl wants you to see the value of our service. If you are not satisfied with the results achieved after diligently using Prattl, we may offer a refund under the following conditions:

  • Usage: You must have actively used the AI-generated comments or contributions provided by Prattl. We may request evidence of this usage.
  • Baseline Documentation: Before using Prattl, please document your typical LinkedIn engagement metrics (e.g., impressions, interactions on posts). This serves as a comparison point.
  • Post-Usage Documentation: After consistently using Prattl, provide updated engagement metrics to demonstrate the impact of our service.
  • Integration Evidence: We may request information on how you integrated Prattl's suggestions into your LinkedIn activity.

To request a refund under this policy, please contact us at [email protected] within thirty (30) days of your original subscription purchase. Explain why you're dissatisfied and provide the requested documentation. Requests not meeting these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRATTL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR MAXIMUM LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF $100 (USD) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE LAST SIX MONTHS.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prattl, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the Service.

Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy, available at https://www.prattl.ai/privacy, explains how we collect, use, and share your information. Please review it carefully.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, with prominent notice of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, excluding its conflicts of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Kings County, New York.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
